Our aim is to provide all pupils with the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports and physical activities throughout their time at the academy. We offer a broad curriculum for both boys and girls which is accompanied by an extensive extra-curricular timetable.
Pupils interested in studying PE have a variety of qualifications to choose from including: GCSE, A-Level and BTEC. Other pathways are also available including Leadership courses, coaching and 1st Aid qualifications.

This is further supplemented by our termly inter-house competitions which all KS3 pupils participate in. The PE department challenge is for all pupils to participate in at least extra-curricular club every term.
