HAIRDRESSERS VISIT LONDON!

 

 

 

The Y11 and Y13 BTec Diploma hairdressing students visited London last weekend (October 15th and 16th) to take part in a Salon International Exhibition Centre at the Excel Centre in central London.

 

For many it was their first trip to the capital where they had the opportunity to travel from Newcastle on the train and stay overnight at a hotel in Vauxhall. The visit allowed them to experience first hand an exhibition used by many professionals in the industry giving them an insight into what the future could hold for them.

 

They also saw many sights, including Trafalgar square seeing the countdown clock for the Olympic Games and visiting Horse Guards Parade where the beach volley ball event will take place.
