Lord Lawson V's Emmanuel College
Within 5 minutes of kick off, Callum Anderson crashed over the line to put Lord Lawson 5-0 up. 10 minutes later Scott thomson burst through five Emmanuel players from a penalty on the Emmanuel 22m line, making the score 12-0 as Forsyth coverted.
5 minutes later Andrew Hildreth intercepted a pass and ran half the length of the pitch, with Forsyth converting to ring it to 19-0. Emmanuel came back with 3 quick tries before half time to make it 19-17.
Within 5 minutes of the second half, Jacob McGonigle burst through the Emmanuel defence to score with another converstion by Forsyth to make it 26-17.
Emmanuel replied with a quick try. Now 26-31. With 5 minutes to go, Andrew Hildreth sped down the wing, breaking through five tackles to score in the corner to make it 31-31.
A lapse in concentration allowed Emmanuel to score a dubious double movement try in the dying moments to win the match and the cup 31-36.
