Young Enterprise
A group of thirteen sixth form students from Lord Lawson of Beamish school have recently become enthusiastic entrepreneurs.
They are presently establishing a small business named Bijoux, which is being supported by Young Enterprise's Company Programme, a scheme which encourages teenagers across the country to set up their own business' in order to gain key life skills, such as self confidence and co operation within a team.
Bijoux will be making and selling unique, hand made jewellery aimed at 'hip' and 'trendy' young females. Not only will pre-made jewellery be for sale, but also a 'self-design' service will be offered. In which the customers can design their own piece to be made personally. Bijoux's winter collection is coming soon, being released in time for Christmas.
In order to view, purchase or seek further information from Bijoux, you can do so by email at bijouxye@hotmail.co.uk. Alternatively visit the team at the Young Enterprise trade fair, Tyne mouth Station, Saturday 3rd December 2005, to be able to chat to the company directors and the sales team, perhaps even purchasing a piece of this beautiful original hand made jewellery for a loved one at Christmas.
